3.1.2 Organize the formulation, revision, and approval of safety rules and regulations, safety technical procedures, and safety measure plans, and organize their implementation.
3.1.3 Supervise and inspect the performance of safety duties by functional departments and the implementation of various work safety rules and regulations, promptly correct dereliction of duty and violations in medical activities.
3.1.4 Organize functional departments to investigate and handle accidents, and promptly report to the superior work safety regulatory department.
3.1.5 Organize comprehensive work safety inspections and implement rectification of major safety hazards.
3.1.6 Be responsible for safety education, training, and assessment.

3.5.3 Manage the receipt, registration, transmission, circulation, filing, and utilization of leadership administrative documents, and maintain confidentiality.
3.5.4 Handle seals, printing, external tasks, liaison, incoming calls and correspondence from superiors, and reception of visiting guests.
3.5.5 Strengthen the department's self-construction and enhance safety knowledge through study, training, and education.
3.6 Hospital Finance Department Responsibilities
3.6.1 Responsible for the financial work of the entire hospital under the leadership of the Finance Department Head.
3.6.2 Conscientiously implement national laws, regulations, and systems related to finance.
3.6.3 Formulate and supervise the implementation of various financial and accounting rules and management systems for the unit; promptly stop and correct violations of financial discipline and accounting systems; report major issues to leadership and relevant departments.
3.6.4 Based on the targets assigned by superiors, conscientiously prepare the hospital's budget plan, analyze the execution and completion of the hospital's plan, monitor and reflect on the hospital's budget execution process, and perform financial final accounts on schedule.
3.6.5 Conduct economic activity analysis of the hospital, identify problems in management, propose suggestions and measures for improving operations and management, and further enhance the hospital's economic efficiency.
3.6.6 Review or participate in drafting economic contracts, agreements, and other economic documents; refuse to execute economic contracts detrimental to national or hospital interests and report to relevant leaders.

3.7.1 Under the leadership of the Hospital President, remain at post, complete all preparatory work before driving, and depart promptly upon assignment.
3.7.2 Regularly perform vehicle maintenance, servicing, cleaning, and disinfection; maintain good vehicle condition, save fuel, ensure safe driving; record vehicle operation details accurately; fill out the vehicle dispatch form conscientiously.
3.7.3 Obey traffic rules, drive safely; return immediately after task completion; do not use the vehicle for private purposes.
3.7.4 Protect public property, manage materials and tools properly, and implement fire prevention measures.
3.7.5 Drivers are on 24-hour standby; must be available upon call when situations arise; must inform the duty personnel of their whereabouts when leaving.
3.8 Logistics Safety Management Responsibilities

3.8.3 When working at heights or on poles, must concentrate mentally; if feeling unwell, dizzy, etc., prohibit working at heights or on poles.
